Idunn is a booking platform that connects customers with partner venues (salons, beauty centres, nail spas, barbers, men's care centres, restaurants and coffee shops). Idunn does not provide the services itself; the service is provided by the partner venue, which is responsible for it, for its quality and for its prices.

Browsing is available without an account. To complete a booking you need an account with a valid phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your account secure.

We may suspend or close any account used abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.

A booking is confirmed once the partner venue accepts it. The venue may accept a booking, reject it, or propose an alternative time.

You can reschedule or cancel your booking from inside the app. We ask you to cancel early out of respect for the venue and other customers. Repeatedly failing to show up without cancelling may lead to booking restrictions on your account.

Prices shown in the app are set by the partner venue and displayed in Iraqi dinars (IQD). The venue may change its prices.

Payment is cash at the venue after the service. There is no in-app payment and there are no in-app purchases. For a home service, a travel fee calculated from the distance is added to the service price, and the total is shown before the booking is confirmed.

With a home service, a member of the venue's staff travels to the address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address and for providing a suitable, safe environment for the service.

During the trip the worker's location is shown to you on the map. Location accuracy and arrival timing may be affected by traffic or network conditions.

You may review a venue after completing a visit. A review must relate to your actual experience and must be free of abusive language, unlawful content, or other people's personal information.

We may remove any review or content that breaches this.

Venue applications are reviewed by the Idunn team before publication, and there is no obligation to accept any application. The venue is responsible for the accuracy of its details, services, prices and hours, and for honouring confirmed bookings.

Idunn may suspend or remove any venue that does not meet service standards or these terms.

Idunn is not responsible for the quality of the service provided by a partner venue or for any harm arising from it; our responsibility is limited to operating the booking platform reasonably.

The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance or for technical reasons outside our control.

The Idunn name, logo, and the design of the app and website belong to Idunn. They may not be used without prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq, and the Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may amend these terms from time to time and will publish the updated version here with a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after an amendment means you accept it.
